Occasionally I remember I'm about to turn 40 and it is so odd to consider. Not because I have any issue with aging(I love it, I want to do it for a loooong time) but because in my mind 40 always looked a certain way. My life and myself just don't look how I pictured, and that is ok, but also weird.

I just found out Dr. Goodall passed away. She had an incredible impact on me growing up. I was fortunate enough to meet her & get almost an hour of one on one time with her. When I'm in a bad place, I hear her say I have a rainbow in me. I'm so thankful to have lived when you did, and I'll miss you.

I was today years old when I learned that this drawing, the first one my dad taught me, was related to resistance, and that makes me hard so proud.
Part of Migraine for me is that postdrome phase sometimes it takes me a couple minutes to understand a word/images/etc. I know that the thing is in my memory bank, but the delivery system can't get it to the output. Every time this happens im like,"is this the time it doesn't go back to normal"

Tangentially related to studio stuff: it is really frustrating to try and work with financial orgs and have them be like,"lol you both make too little and too much for us to provide any relief even though we have progs in place, kick rocks". The US financial systems are, in the colloquial, fucked.
