We read to our son almost every night(he's 5 and in Kindergarten) and we're starting to get his report card for his first quarter and he is above grade level in phonemes/phoneme segmenting! I'm so proud of him! He is ALWAYS trying to sound out words on his own. 🥹

I've always been super content with the size of my Samsung Galaxy phones. I've never had a note or an ultra or plus, but I think my next upgrade will be to the ultra.
I was thinking about this today because I've seen so many videos about iPhone users being interested in the flip.

Grown adults with a dependency on chatGPT is an annoyingly increasing problem.
I'm taking certification classes for my job and we're doing a group presentation in August. I suspected one in my group of using chatGPT to create her ideas. It was confirmed today in an email reply she sent to me.

As someone who did photography professionally for a decade (I've since switched to doing it as a hobby) it is hard to relinquish control of the camera to someone else, but I found a great photographer who saw my vision.

It's weird to me that so many of my neighbors voted to take away their own healthcare to give me a tax cut. They need their health care. I don't need a tax cut. Neither does anyone who makes more than me, either.

Found a booklet/menu for Firehouse subs from around 2017 at my work. A Steak and Cheese used to be 5.99 for a MEDIUM. Now a small is 5.99 and a medium is 9.99. 😭 We didn't know how good we had it.

So the SAVE Act is supposed to make it difficult or impossible for non-citizens to vote, but adding limitations on firearms, like waiting periods, red flag laws, etc doesn't make it difficult or impossible for a weirdo incel to pew pew kids in a school?
