2024 was a pretty terrible year but it was also the year that Ryan North discovered the recipe for “toast,” a recipe I now use several times a week!
I'm currently eating "toast", a sort of double-baked bread. it's super bougie - you go through this whole process with food that's already good to eat, plus to make it at home you need a special appliance JUST for this one dish (!!!) - but I gotta admit it's not bad. will probably try it again

I’ve been on Bluesky for a while now and I’m glad a lot of new people are coming over from X, and if I had one tip for them it would be to get used to seeing drawings of beefy animals with dicks the size of Stanley tumblers.

I was genuinely thinking about picking up a box of Crossover Breakers because the Maliss cards are cute, but I totally lost interest when I found out half the commons in the set can show up in the rare slot, increasing the odds of you opening worthless trash that happens to be a little extra shiny

whenever i try to point out that cosmic cyclone and dd crow were short printed in RA02 everyone scoffs at the idea of a cheap card being hard to find but the reality is that the higher rarity printings are commanding exceptional price tags for legacy staples that everyone already has copies of

learned this morning that cards from the One Piece TCG (and i suspect other bandai TCGs) don’t pass the bend test
