What are your thoughts on this conundrum?
I told my husband I need a consolation puppy. He’s not going for it.
His reasoning is that we have two dogs and I have two hands to pet with.
I told him between the two of us, we have four hands so we need two more dogs.

None of these reforms are extreme. They would hold ice to the same standards as other law enforcement.
