Podoplanin mediates stromal–immune crosstalk in the lymph node - Nature Reviews Immunology
A preprint by Makris et al. shows that podoplanin is a key regulator of the functions of fibroblastic reticular cells in lymph nodes, by modulating interactions with immune cells.
