My game crashed a few seconds before my party was pulled into a Street Brawl (was testing Apollo's Ult and it just did that) and it suspended me from queuing for TWO HOURS? That seems a little excessive given that the match load failure penalty for Dota is just five MINUTES.

When first meeting Red, all Infernus told Krill was "We've got someone here that only you can help out." Of course that meant someone not human, but someone that looked somewhat similar to him? That's unexpected.
