I think this movie will be bad (I just don't see how you get a good screenplay out of Zelda, and I'm a huge fan) but in an age of slop: filming on location? solid costume design? Age appropriate casting? That's neat.
This is Miyamoto. Filming is underway for the live-action film of The Legend of Zelda in a lush, natural setting, with Bo Bragason-san who will play Zelda and Benjamin Evan Ainsworth-san who will play Link (1/2).

Finished the 70's Anne of Green Gables anime, I know this line is from an old poem but given the circumstances I have to conclude that, fucking somehow, this is where Evangelion got NERV's slogan from.

I think the issue with the protein craze is that we're just shoving powder into random shit when what we should be doing is making more hot meaty snacks. Hot dogs are a good start but we need tieban tofu, random ass kebabs, and of course I am a famichiki evangelist.

I get why it's called "cyberpunk": the aesthetic and literature are built on punk sensibilities and an anti-authority, DIY ethos. "Steampunk" though? Are those clocks ticking in D-beats?

I do think the American left also has an anti-empathy problem even if we like to claim that we're immune to it and without tackling that the best we'll ever be able to materialize is "just get rid of all the bad people and then there will only be good people."
