Cutting off funding to public libraries is a form of censorship by Government and is like book burning in Nazi Germany. It takes away local control and substitutes state sanctioned mandates.

If this is correct then releasing the "files" is a con job. That's what I would suspect Trump and MAGA GOP would do. That will be something for investigative reporters to track down if this is what happens.
