🚨 BREAKING: John Major says Brexit was an act of collective folly.
It made 🇬🇧 poorer, weaker and cut off from 🌍 biggest market.

He’s right and it’s exactly what the data, job losses, exodus of 🇬🇧 citizens, collapsing industries and EU’s new demands all show.

Aurora, Colorado, saw a political shift as progressive candidates won city council seats, ousting conservative incumbents who focused on anti-immigrant rhetoric.

The election results reflect a broader national trend of Democratic gains.
Trump said gangs invaded this city. Voters booted the officials who agreed.

Analysis by Karen Tumulty: The so-called Epstein files have driven a deep wedge into President Donald Trump’s base — to the point where some in MAGA have been willing to make common cause with Democrats.
Analysis | Epstein is the one issue that persistently splits Trump from his base

People love to tell disabled folks to “take responsibility”.

Take responsibility for what exactly?

For being sick?

For not getting better?

For needing social supports?

What they really mean is “we don’t want OUR taxes helping YOU survive”

Trump is appealing the court order to fund SNAP.

SNAP funding is set to expire at the end of the month, meaning 42 million Americans will go hungry. A large percentage of those on SNAP are disabled, and many won't be able to stand in a bread line.
