That is correct. Since Republicans pre-funded ICE with a massive slush fund, they have given Dems no other choice but to leverage the rest of the DHS budget to get badly needed changes that a big majority of Americans want and will never get unless they take a stand now.

ICE told nurses this Minneapolis man “purposefully ran headfirst into a brick wall.”
