I've worried about Platner's background since he came out of nowhere and has spoken about having PTSD and 100% disability. Obvious that there would be many targets for negative ads. I'm sure he's not a Nazi but whoever backed him to run really screwed up by not doing better vetting.

The Catholic church in my hometown was burned to the ground ~1920 largely due to the influx of Italian immigrants in an otherwise all-white New England community. The Irish were there first but they're pretty much white.
So they rebuilt the church, this time with bricks. Italian stoneworkers!
