The Digital Foundry guys were speculating that Bluepoint would be working on the God of War remake... Guess not! Instead a bunch of developers lost their job! What a good industry to support with your dollar
BREAKING: PlayStation is shutting down Bluepoint Games, the studio responsible for modern remakes of classic games such as Demon's Souls and Shadow of the Colossus, Bloomberg News has learned.

A shocking end for a well-respected studio.

The good thing about Trump is that he's just repeating the same grotesqueries the US has always committed in the name of holding on to global power, only he does them openly and without the tedious secrecy or, even worse, "civility" practiced by his war criminal predecessors
more than two hours into this "Board of Peace" meeting, we are now enduring random world leader open mic time and Trump's eyes are closed

The closest the US ever came to holding its elites to account was when Nixon was impeached (and then pardoned) for wiretapping his opponents, a miniscule misdemeanor compared to the secret bombings of Laos and Cambodia or Operation Condor
No disrespect to the UK or South Korea, but it's nuts that a literal monarchy and a country that was ruled by a military dictatorship as recently as my freshman year in high school are holding elites to account while the US gives them more power and works overtime to insulate them from consequences.

"The guilty men and women will pay the price."

That'd be nice but we all know they won't, not when the "international rules based order" was proven time and time again to be worthless during a supposedly "good" Democrat US president
Gaza death toll in early part of war far higher than reported, says Lancet study.

There are no excuses.

It was obvious at the time that Israel was engaged in the mass slaughter of civilians.

The guilty men and women will pay the price.

Research suggests more than 75,000 killed in the first 16 months of conflict, 25,000 more than announced at the time

Is Kalshi or whichever degenerate gambling app running a pool on whether the former prince here will be simply put on house arrest in a royal mansion of his choosing as opposed to where he should be, which is to say a real prison with the murderers and fellow rapists

Probably after wasting what felt like six hours of my life watching that dogshit Suspiria remake with no break to take a piss
fun question: what’s the maddest you’ve ever been leaving a movie theater? not necessarily worst movie you’ve seen, but the one that just pissed you off the most. mine is Batman v Superman

Even if there was an opportunity for the Left with AI, which there isn't, said technology is still owned by American fascists who'd rather self-immolate at the thought of conceding the Left an inch

Soon enough there'll be so many people driven insane by the clankers that they'll be considered a statistic and, as such, easy to ignore by the relevant authorities
absolutely insane — this journalist ended up dealing with AI-encouraged stalking herself WHILE reporting on the subject. and when reached out for comment about the stalking Copilot was assisting with, Microsoft gave a milquetoast statement about how they're "committed to building AI responsibly"

Public Access by the Gauntlet is razor sharp, powerfully strange and enormously thought-provoking. My players are still daydreaming about our campaign, even though it finished six months ago. I think your players will too.

For all their claims of being "creators" and "democratisation" the AI midwits sure love to get their clankers to regurgitate things we've already seen, such as a Spider Mans scene (how many Spider Mans are there? A dozen?)
Hollywood. Are. Creators. Dipshit.

AI is no more going to make you a filmmaker than that blue check makes you a person of note.

Do I think someone can ever make a good AI movie? Eventually. After months alone in a room creating assets, writing a script, promting a thousand shots dozens of times.
