Last night, a federal court granted our request for a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) to prohibit the federal government from destroying or altering any evidence from the Alex Pretti shooting. Tomorrow we will argue the motion in federal court.
Tomorrow, we will go to federal court to continue to fight for all evidence to be preserved for a full and transparent state investigation.
I am not asking for patience. My office is working around the clock on multiple incidents regarding federal agents' use-of-force.

The fact that every right winger with influence screams "who is paying for all of this" tells you exactly how awash in cash they all are, and how much they rely on that to keep their movement afloat.
