You start to really appreciate the lack of ads here when on Twitter you get your screen blocked out of nowhere with a pop-up ad for Twitter Blue. Has happened 3 times already today.

The Mercato in Milan Is the best thing ever.
It's essentially a perpetual Street Food festival, but gourmet and has foods from all over the world. Thank god i don't live in Milan cause i would go broke there.

Either the Bluesky algorithm thinks i like seeing Italians posting mediocre thirst traps or that Is all the Italians over here post.

I appreciate the lack of bots and ads here, and I really like that this is a safe space, but what's missing for me Is the sort of irreverent snark that only comes from people who are not in a safe space, that Twitter has in spades. It's gonna take a while before Bluesky gets there.
