A sign of the times. This flyer was pinned outside my apartment today calling for residents to get organized in the face of government cutbacks. I live in a HUD-subsidized building in a nice and convenient Madison neighborhood. I've wondered when federal cuts would affect us personally. Stay tuned.

I don't fully agree that "it's all over" because there still are high-paying markets, but you must also weed through places that pay little or even nothing.
