Shatner didn’t make the “1st interracial kiss” on Star Trek. He did it 10 years prior in 1958 when he kissed France Nuyen on the Ed Sullivan Show. To paraphrase Prof Doofenahmirtz: “If I had a nickel for every time Shatner kissed a POC on TV, I’d have two nickels. But it’s weird it happened twice!”

Been hurting bad and had to dip out on this week’s MSP due to funding shortage and need to work. Then I froze my ass off at 3 in the morning while Hertz sent roadside assistance to give… (get this) my EV a *jump* as I said helpless at a charge station. Turns out these things have a 12v as well.

I was pretty disappointed to learn that the season finale of @fragmentsofsilicon.bsky.social was blocked by WB Global because we poked a little fun at the Pac Man Christmas special from 1982. Re-cutting the episode, but I may keep an in-modified copy on my private website for posterity.

The most insufferable thing is people w/inflexible worldviews. Like voters who voted Green or Libertarian because Harris didn’t pass the “Palestine Stink Test”. So instead of getting someone who soft-crits Netanyahu, we got someone who *actively supports the atrocities* for a real-estate deal.

The problem right now being that since Congress has been gridlocked for 50 years, any actions to stop the President have a 90-day window where he can bomb them back to the Stone Age with near-impunity, and that’s CONGRESS’ OWN FAULT for giving the President that window out of experience.
