dipped in panko and secret spices 🤣
baked at 425 for about 20 minutes
roasted broccoli
maybe some french fries, maybe not.
Can't wait and if you're wondering, the mayo is a magical coating to keep the chicken juicy

Day #4 of rain. Aside from going to the mailbox, I haven't left my apartment since last Monday.
It's a good thing I'm so self-sufficient; I think a lot of people would be going stir-crazy about now.
However, tomorrow it's supposed to stop and I'm looking forward to getting out a bit!

Thinking about my lovely friend Maria this evening. She always hosted a big Italian Christmas Eve in her 900sq ft house. It would be packed with food, family, friends, & love. She passed away in 2019 from breast cancer at age 52, too soon 💔 Mossing her smile and cheer.
