i get why this is common consensus but ppl being like "the steam controller is kinda ugly but the functionality is great!" makes me shake my head. i think it looks beautiful. shes so unique and tall. the thumbsticks look shiny gorgeous. the slight rotation on the trackpads is so playful.

i will say though that my sleep has been shifting further and further back. i regularly fall asleep at 8 am now. this does not bode well for my contributions to society

Sleep is a biological necessity, and sleep deprivation has real physical, psychological, and social consequences that need to be taken seriously. The way our society treats it as slothful to sleep according to natural rhythms (including midday naps and variant chronotypes like night owls) is evil.
