Every year — for nearly ten years — we have set a Yearly Theme. This is a word or phrase that guides the year and informs the choices we make. We use this phrase to help evaluate decisions and to give anchor points to base work — and sometimes our personal lives — around. In a usual year, we would reflect on our previous Yearly Theme and set our new one. However, this is not a normal year.
