Rule of thumb: punctuation is meant to aid people trying to figure out how to parse—and mentally intone—what you’re saying. A comma here, a parenthesis there helps readers know when you’re pausing (or dropping your voice). So put in punctuation where it sounds right.

Got to the chiropractor yesterday, she did sometime to my ribcage, I can finally breathe. I really was shell-shocked from being bed-bound all these years... body in shambles, but I'll get better 💪✨️
