The center frequency of 437.800 can shift +/- 9 kHz during a pass.

not seen him for a while, but good to see him back, the blackbirds did nest and i think raised some chicks in a bramble bush in my garden last year

so swap radios from FT991a to Xiegu G90
time to play FT8 with only 15-20w into main antenna instead of the smaller secondary antenna it normally uses for WSPR
the G90 has better ATU so i can play on 12M and 60m, which the ATU on the 991a wont tune the antenna on
