1. don't physically interfere with officer.
2. on private property, owner can set rules about photography.
3. officer needs warrant signed by a judge to take phone if you are not under arrest.
4. if you are arrested, they still need a warrant to search your phone.

Three rules in FBI firearm training:
1. Always point your weapon downrange
2. Do not point your weapon at anything you do not intend to shoot
