The House Constitutional Laws subcommittee heard testimony on H.3459, a bill to require Election Commission registration of 3rd party groups assisting voters in registering, but didn't get to a vote. Let your House members know that there is no risk to election integrity from these groups. Vote NO.

South Carolina's 2025 legislative session begins next Tuesday. Several bills have been pre-filed that would require voters to register by party and to vote only in the primary for that party, with limited exceptions for independents. For more information, see open.substack.com/pub/lteague/...
