You are correct. Faced with bills like H.3457 doctors, usually on advice of hospital attorneys, routinely delay treatment for cases that are leading directly to life-threatening sepsis until the condition has advanced. This leads to pregnant girls and women dying.

Every League of Women Voters member working voter registration knows election law better than the SC DMV.

There is only one entity working on voter registration that has led to problems for voters. That is the SC Dept. of Motor Vehicles, which for years has used an algorithm that incorrectly rejected applications from young people age 17 even though they would be 18 at the time of the election.
