In 1890, the X and Y chromosomes were discovered. It was found that the men who were tested had 46 chromosomes, including an X and a Y, while women who were tested also had 46 chromosomes, including 2 X chromosomes.
So obviously the conclusion was that the Y chromosome defined masculinity.

It's so funny, normally I get this itch to watch stuff and get overwhelmed by the I MISS ACTING feeling afterward but I watched Legally Blonde and got that feeling and got to say to myself I AM ACTING!! I'M IN A SHOW!! And that's a really nice change

I know I need to drink more water (especially on fast days), I need to shorten my eating window, and I should add exercise -- I think I'm gonna start lifting weights again, cause I quite enjoy it.

Started doing ADF again cause I gained a bit of weight back (turns out my job was REALLY BAD for my mental and physical health! Who knew!) and it's.... Well it's not going well in that I'm already in a weight stall but it's going well in that I have not broken one fast early lol
