The best part of my year in sport is you can tell exactly when I took the peloton ride where the instructor said "an hour on a stationary bike is kind of like two hours biking outside." Between that encouragement & the AQI, I basically did all my training inside and my active hours declined.

I'm starting to think it might be time to see a doctor about my elbow pain. It hurt before I used it to break a fall on some ice, but now it hurts more.

A bus looked like it was pulling to my stop while I was in a bus shelter walking to the front of the stop and just drove off instead of stopping. How do I convince people to ride the bus when I bail on them because the next bus wasn't for 30 minutes?

I returned two library books I requested months ago the same day I finished them. Hopefully everyone else reading the series one of them was in is doing the same thing.

After baking nothing at 450 per the manual's instructions, my first real use of the new oven is roasting some garlic. My air purifier has not turned itself on high as a result of using the oven and that's exactly what I've been dreaming of.

I pulled my old stove out and found more evidence the previous owner was bad at painting walls. I asked the donation pickup driver if it was okay and they weren't worried about it. However, they told me this was the first time this has ever happened.

The Home Depot employee wished my dad and I good luck with our repair. I guess buying a flare valve cap and a gas leak detector probably does imply something went wrong.

I apparently did the worst thing I could possibly to do my dog in his eyes: made him come inside after peeing, then took him on a walk 15 minutes later after I ate my snack. We're back from the walk and he still won't come over to be near me.

Full disclosure update from my post about walking home with dog food: I did stop and take a texting break for a couple minutes and put the bag down. Maybe don't do arms the same day as dog food buying day.
