On 26 Sep Special Flight Squadron Il-62M RA-86559 flew from Moscow (CKL) to Algiers DZA. The aircraft departed on 27 Sep and flew back to RUS. The fact that this aircraft avoided Tunisian airspace on the inbound and outbound flights suggests someone was onboard that did not want to fly over TUN.
