What’s new with fortune cookies?
I had a customer order 1 cookie and they needed it the NEXT DAY so shipping was expensive but it was for a wedding proposal so we were happy to oblige.
(We sent 2 just in case)

There is literally no rule that says you have to write every word in order. You could write a whole novel backwards and no one will ever know unless you tell them. Get the words down in whatever order works best for you.
