Pulling the Stefanik nomination is a triple whammy for Trump. It makes him look weak because it shows he’s afraid of losing the House. It reinforces the narrative that he is loyal to no one but himself. And it allows China to gain influence at the UN while the Ambassador post remains vacant.

I’m starting to think that the longer we shield Trump voters from the worst economic outcomes, the worse things actually will get.
Sometimes people just have to find out the hard way, sad as that is. Yes, we will suffer. But at least they will learn that elections do have consequences.
