I do agree with you mostly barring that super iffy shit with Sue, though one of my biggest Hot-Takes of Comics. Tony Stark has been thoroughly borked as a character from the original Civil War comic onwards and hasn't really been addressed in a meaningful way.

The sexual assault of Sue Dibny was in many ways unnecessary and I think there were other ways that the same situation where the heroes felt desperate enough to do what they did could have been set up I would agree
