I was grocery shopping today when the fire alarm went off. One man ran out with his baby. The rest of us looked around and kept filling our carts. I was sad about dying apart from my husband and son. But my self-preservation instincts have uh, suffered under Trump. In the end, it was a false alarm.

It’s spring, the season where once a day, I see a young family biking with kids all in helmets and no helmets on the grown-ups. I always wonder who’s gonna take care of the kids if there’s a biking accident, so mom or dad can look cool, I guess, for 30 minutes.
