see, rapid weight gain stuff, like, HUNDREDS of pounds in a few months, just doesnt hit the same unless their whole demeanor is a lot more tired and a bit slower, maybe with a more unkempt sweaty appearence and just an overall sense that they completely lost themselves to gluttony and laziness
