We are relocating to Spain permanently. Their healthcare is very good. Everybody pays into the system and nobody pays anything at the time of service and nobody gets denied and nobody gets put into bankruptcy as a result of their medical problems.
I believe Spain keeps topping the list of countries where retirees move to.
Can’t speak about Spain’s healthcare since we haven’t had to use it on our trips but we had wonderful time during each trip.
