Did anyone at the Gatsby party know or maybe read the book? The fact that it was held around the same time people lost benefits and/or didn’t get paid? House of Representatives are collecting quite a nice paycheck while not doing jack 💩. Wish I could have gotten that kind of money while teaching.

We have had a lot of success fighting against Trump and election deniers in court. I am confident that won't change. What I worry about are the pillars of democracy that can't be fixed in court as well as the weaponization of DOJ against Trumps political opponents and free and fair elections.

I know I’ve gone over the edge but I swear when I first saw the East Wing being destroyed my mind went immediately to the photo of President Obama running down the hallway with puppy Bo upon their first meeting. I think that was one of the biggest reasons for the total destruction. The guy’s insane.
