Egregious medical advice from the guest on Jeremy Vine today about flu jabs. She drinks cayenne pepper, ginger and lemon and believes this along with a healthy lifestyle will stop her getting ill from the flu. It's a virus. Those of any age who are susceptible should seek advice. #flu #jeremyvine

"...but then why don't we see Sperm Whales reading books?" Jeremy Vine reacts to the fact that a Sperm Whale's brain weighs 9 kg. He concludes, "Maybe brain size doesn't relate to intelligence." I'm not sure what to say. #jeremyvine #ch5

He needs to score those open goals. Mateta. Glasner talked about not missing those big chances. Up the Palace. #cpfc #cryman A bright start

Has Rachel Reeves introduced a South East/ East England and London housing tax?

The Golden Triangle: London, the South East, and the East of England collectively account for approximately 81.7% of all £1m+ homes.

Figures are not exact but it is an overwhelming majority.

Way out of your depth here Laura Kuenssberg. Visibly struggling with concepts she doesn't seem to understand. Very short interview. I wonder if she was told to move on by the BBC team. #laurakuenssberg #bbclaurak #bbc

How does Jeremy Vine get away saying the stupid things he does. "...why they need twice as many rules as are actually required in reality." I despair. Today has been particularly bad. He has a massive audience that listens to his "pub talk" philosophy. #jeremyvine #talkshow

I honestly cannot advise anyone to use booking.com at the moment. As an agent they have taken nearly two months to return my money for a cancelled flight. They never update me and I'm still waiting. Why use an agent if this is the result. 1/10 Sorry booking.com #travel #travelagent #rottenbritain

Jaydee Canvot suffered a software failure against AEK Larnaca but faced no problems with his programming to replicate Marc Guehi against Brighton

A strong performance from the teenager. He has the hardware, now they just need to ensure the software is reliable #CPFC

Jaydee Canvot is Marc Guehi’s short-term replacement. What about the long term?
With the captain injured, the French teenager was given his chance against Brighton and responded with an impressive performance

Jeremy Vine sinks another step down the rung. At least I respect Owen Wilson's honest stance—unlike Vine and his cronies, who disrespectfully laugh at phone-ins while profiting from filtered, populist propaganda. #JeremyVine #populism

My Sunday morning nightmare. Jeremy Vine and Laura Kuenssberg swapping homely, fireside chit chat about serious subjects. No thanks. It's the "For Dummies" version of current affairs. And that to the show title. Must do better.

Quiet Riot does a good job as a political podcast. Less political fury and resentment; more civil discourse focused on issues, not ad hominem attacks. The presenters are thoughtful and engaging with a quiet humour that doesn't undermine serious issues.

I listened to 5 football podcasts. Only one mentioned that Crystal Palace were a well organised, exciting team. Football Daily. The rest lazily bleated on about Liverpool. Without the journalists backing sentiment will not change. There are 20 teams in the PL. #cpfc #football #premierleague

Jeremy Vine just said he wondered whether poor countries in the Caribbean are poor because of the winds or just because they are unlucky. These types of comments show such a worrying lack of historical and economic knowledge that goes unchecked. #jeremyvine #caribbean #Jamaica

The presenter on BBC’s Sunday with @bbclaurak was quite dismissive of Zack Polanski today, claiming he had the TikTok generation. Her 'gotcha' questioning was lame which Zac handled easily. This isn’t about his politics so much as the persistent, derogatory attitudes held by BBC journalists.

Biased football podcasting. Today, and it's not because I'm a Palace fan but they spent 26 mins on Liv v Che, 10 on Newcastle, and then rest including a #cpfc review of "A game of 2 halves" which they admitted as lazy. Poor. 4/10 Rick Edwards #footballDaily

There is wave of optimism with Crystal Palace at the moment and i intend to ride it. Clinical result against a plucky Dynamo Kiev, full kudos to them, with two great goals. Two moments of insouciance from Sosa which i expect Glasner to sort out and a very good all round performance. #cpfc #uefa
