Today is Friday the 13th 🖤
I cannot record whether it was a friend in the friend group who was really conscious about this or it was a trend at the time, but I definitely was more aware of these little things than I am now.

There are many variations of this dish; this is based on the family recipe. The best zhajiangmian for me is the one I had when I was a kid.

Based on the tracking number, the package was on the plane on December 6th, and it has been "stuck" on the plane for 2 months (more likely in a customs warehouse).

I'm waiting for a care package that was shipped in early December. It already arrived in Italy, but is waiting in a queue in an unknown storage with all the Christmas gifts somewhere now.
If I am lucky, it will probably arrive before Christmas; otherwise, it will become my Christmas present (´･ω･`)

Noticed the Japanese seasoning bottles from Ajinomoto have Japanese Braille engraved on the caps. And I realized this is the only thing with Braille in my kitchen.
I think this is a nice touch and accommodates different people. Hope this will be a thing in more packages in different countries.

Noticed the Japanese seasoning bottles from Ajinomoto have Japanese Braille engraved on the caps. And I realized this is the only thing with Braille in my kitchen.
