Maybe they did not want to pay for their continued maintenance.The trees have been there since the 60βs. Heartbroken. We no longer stay there, because the sand has been displaced by the sea wall. Even at low tide. No beach these days. Sorry for the rambling. Seawalls are illegal to install in Hawaii

If you look at few photos back in my feed from yesterday you will see all the trees are spaced 30 feet apart or so. I got married thereβ¦ it had nothing to do with the view. π

Thanks ...it used to be so beautiful before they cut all the trees down. I visited there yesterday. Incredibly sad for me and my family. This is the same seawall. My feed has lots of photos of sunrise and sunset from there. I was married there. Just sad.

Oh thanks. I am so sad I visited there yesterday and they have removed all the trees on that seawall and the property is not looking good. Thankfully I have 20 years of photos from there.
