AI is a bubble that's going to cause disaster as more and more industries and nationstates are relying on it as a lazy crutch or shortcut for crucial tasks with low error tolerance.
Still, it's useful for advanced websearching, like remembering the name of an obscure CDROM game I played as a tot.

Almost time to decide whether to use AtlasOS, Tiny11 or GhostSpectre. As worthless and unacceptable as Windows is, I need to keep one machine running it around, since companies like SCUF are douchebags and don't have a linux alternative to icue.

I've been more actively engaging with autism related topics online since about 2010 when Frontline did The Vaccine War. Funny how I never heard the term "Refrigerator Mother" until just now. I always thought of myself pretty knowledgeable, but apparently I missed an important chuck of history.

I've been kicking around the Internet since before MySpace was a thing. Didn't see much point in myspace, and even less point in all the "web2" crap that came after. It's a darn shame the Internet has been reduced to a few consolidated, tightly controlled and monitored platforms.
