We are very sad to hear of the passing of Derek Purnell, former Director of Strawberry Hill House. Derek was always a generous supporter of the London Luminaries. His passion, kindness, generosity and commitment to the arts will always be fondly remembered by all of us.

Fantastic to see our partner property, @HamHouseNT on ‘Hidden Treasures of the National Trust- Series 3: 4- Women on the Frontline’. What a lovely Chinese lacquered screen dating to the late Ming/ early Qing dynasties, beautiful painting & textiled chairs!

This Saturday our volunteer and local historian Stanley will be presenting short talks on the Twickenham Boer War memorial at 12 & 1pm. The museum is free to enter with no need to book.
