I needed a GP appointment for next week 3 weeks ago.
I couldn’t possibly make it then.
So I have to call on a Tuesday to request one for next week.
I’m currently 27th in the queue.
I’m a doctor, and even I can barely navigate this overburdened system.
What chance do patients have?
