I often worry about the future of #nursing because working conditions are quite poor now it won't attract people. But I spent this week #RCN25 with bright, intelligent, compassionate next generation #nurses willing to advocate for patients & professionals.

🧵 Recently proposed immigration measures announced by Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer could accelerate the exodus of migrant staff from the UK.

Our new analysis shows that only 1 in 3 staff who are internationally educated are planning on staying in the UK permanently.
