For a police department that talks about violence prevention so much, Baltimore cops sure do try to kill Black people a lot. And as we saw this summer, they often succeed.
It's almost as if they are part of an inherently violent and racist institution.

It's no secret that Conway has used the OD crisis to boost his political profile, as evidenced by his constant grandstanding at committee hearings.
He's done so while calling for MORE drug-war policing and disregarding the opinions of public health experts. It's despicable.
