Porovnáme-li znění ústavy a různé veřejné projevy Filipa Turka, v nichž je patrná neúcta k ústavním hodnotám, adorace nacismu a schvalování trestného činu na dítěti, je jasné, že nemůže být bez porušení ústavy jmenován ministrem čehokoli.
