А якщо я хочу раніше прокидатись, от в ідеалі, як сьогодні о 6:15, то треба о 23 вже спати.
Бо мені вистачає 7 годин сну, я не почуваюсь виснаженою і разом з тим не розбита, як коли сплю задовго.
