It's very humbling to go to physio and be told that everything that should be tight is loose and everything that should be loose is too tight.

I listened to Taken at the Flood by Agatha Christie on a long drive to North Wales this week. I wasn't particularly keen on this book when I read it as a teenager because there is next to no Poirot, HOWEVER, on a second reading, I noticed several incredible things... /1

I don't really understand why Aaron's piano didn't also get a handshake. It looked equally as impressive as Jasmine's fountain and the feedback on taste was very similar. 🧐 #GBBO

My mum went to a talk by a wonderful author at the local library yesterday (I recommended the event to her). I was so excited to hear how the event went as I had FOMO. Her review: "very entertaining and the room was air-conditioned."
