On my recent travels, I've been wrestling with the bizarre logic of tipping. Why do we tip the waiter but not the chef who actually cooked our amazing meal? Or the cleaners who stopped the restaurant from being shut down by environmental health? Spoiler: I still don't have this one figured out! 😅
