🪨A blustery but impromptu walk yesterday led to the discovery of something from the #Mesolithic tool kit in a new place. A backed blade made from fine grey chert, most likely sourced in North Wales, indicative of the Early Mesolithic in #Wirral c.10,000-8,000 BC.
