I just cried through my granddaughter’s Veteran’s Day choral concert. By the time a young Hispanic boy and a young Black boy read the Preamble to the Constitution, I realized it is all back on us. No party is going to protect or save us. We did it once American, we can do it again.

In the home stretch of finishing costumes for the junior high musical my daughter directs. Last trip to the fabric store today which is harder since JoAnn went out of business. I can’t imagine doing this other than here where I still have retail fabric store options.
