Adding some pretty foliage to Cookie Gardening. Are there lore implications to adding flowers to a world of sentient vegetables? Yes, of course

This species got randomly generated with a leg where its head would normally be and a head where its tail would be. It was also carnivorous, so it chased other creatures around backwards, then had a hard time killing them because its head wasn't close enough

I've been working on making death and decay look more interesting. (Yes, all these shrubs have full skeletons)

I didn't think the "round torso covered in identical body parts" prefab was going to pay as many dividends as it has. Truly one of the worst things I've made. I should do more like this

Just found out Hello Kitty Island Adventure was built using Unity's DOTS/ECS! I'm personally delighted any time I find overlap between "cute and cozy" and "high-performance data-driven software architecture"

I love watching these weird animals walk around. They have goals, they have places to be, they're just doing their own thing

Figuring out the physics-based movement has been an ongoing process, especially since switching to DOTS, which has a separate physics system from default Unity. (Fun fact: the new DOTS physics is officially called "Unity Physics," which is deeply confusing and un-Google-able). Here’s a wobbly moose

Fun fact: there is no snout in the game that is shaped like this; it's actually a head that grew where a nose normally would! But it looks like a silly round nose and that's what matters

I turned up the color saturation on the post-processing and I can't bring myself to turn it back down. Bright animal. Colorful friend. Look at him
