Anti-fatness is a tool of fascism - just another way to enforce the idea that there's One Right Way to have a body (thin, white, cishet, able-bodied, etc) and anyone who doesn't meet that standard should be exploited and/or eliminated.
Sitting on a train that is fully plastered in GLP-1 ads featuring women who look like all the women around me and thinking about how a culture of aspirational thinness is essential to both patriarchy and complacency in the face of fascism. You hate yourself and everyone around you, don’t you?
